Description

Rock Hill Farms Bourbon W.L belongs on any shelf built around quality over volume. The label carries a 12 year age statement. Therefore, we ship it expertly packed across the United States and Canada. Because of that, time matters here, and the label states 12 years.

What Makes Rock Hill Farms Bourbon W.L Worth It

Oak tannin gives the finish structure rather than sharp edges. In short, corn forward mashbills usually carry a rounded, gentle sweetness. Expect the warm oak character that defines the American whiskey shelf. For example, the char layer typically pushes sweet baking spice into the glass. On top of that, Rock Hill Farms Bourbon W.L suits a pour you are in no rush to finish.

What to Pair It With

Pecan pie and dark chocolate work beautifully alongside the glass. Better still, smoked brisket stands up well to a full flavoured pour. Holiday gifting is where a bourbon gift bottle earns its keep. For that reason, caramel desserts echo the barrel character without competing. Collectors reach for bottles like this when a shelf needs an anchor. First, pair it with W L Weller Bourbon 12 Year for a side by side tasting.

The Story Behind Bourbon

Corn leads the mashbill, so the spirit arrives with natural sweetness. Beyond that, allocation keeps many sought after labels hard to find at retail. American distillers built this category on corn, oak and patience. Equally, the new charred oak barrel does most of the heavy lifting here. Limited releases move quickly once word travels through collector circles. That said, browse the wider whiskey brands collection to compare styles.

Serving Rock Hill Farms Bourbon W.L

Treat Rock Hill Farms Bourbon W.L well and it repays the effort. A Glencairn glass concentrates aroma better than a tumbler. Even so, store the bottle upright and away from direct sunlight. Give the glass a minute to rest before the first sip. In turn, serve at room temperature rather than chilled. Moreover, W L Weller Antique 107 6 makes a natural next bottle.

Meanwhile, Rock Hill Farms Bourbon W.L is a straightforward yes for gifting or for your own shelf. We pack every order carefully and ship it without delay.
