Inside Ezra Brooks Distillers Collection

The style rewards slow sipping more than fast mixing. However, corn forward mashbills usually carry a rounded, gentle sweetness. Bourbon aged in new charred oak commonly leans toward caramel and vanilla. First, the char layer typically pushes sweet baking spice into the glass. Indeed, Ezra Brooks Distillers Collection gives you plenty to think about in the glass.

What to Pair It With

Pecan pie and dark chocolate work beautifully alongside the glass. Beyond that, caramel desserts echo the barrel character without competing. Birthdays, retirements and promotions all suit a bottle of this kind. Finally, aged cheddar and salted nuts sharpen the sweeter notes. A housewarming gift rarely lands better than a respected pour. On top of that, pair it with Blanton’s Original Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey for a side by side tasting.

Where Bourbon Comes From

The new charred oak barrel does most of the heavy lifting here. Better still, barrel entry proof and warehouse position both shape the final liquid. American distillers built this category on corn, oak and patience. In turn, bourbon starts life as a mash of at least fifty one percent corn. Serving Ezra Brooks Distillers Collection

Treat Ezra Brooks Distillers Collection well and it repays the effort. Keep the cork sealed tight between pours. In short, a large ice cube slows dilution and keeps the pour cold. Serve at room temperature rather than chilled. For example, give the glass a minute to rest before the first sip. Likewise, Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year makes a natural next bottle.

In other words, Ezra Brooks Distillers Collection earns its place whether you are gifting or keeping it. Order today and we will get it on its way quickly.
