Description

Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel is a bottle we recommend to buyers who take the pour seriously. Our team checks every bottle before it leaves the warehouse. Indeed, we ship it expertly packed across the United States and Canada. Even so, every bottle ships with authenticity checked before dispatch.

Why Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel Stands Out

Grain character and barrel character meet in the finish. Beyond that, oak maturation drives much of what reaches the glass. Expect the warmth and depth that good whiskey delivers. However, the style suits slow sipping over fast mixing. Therefore, Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel suits a pour you are in no rush to finish.

Pairings and Perfect Moments

Dark chocolate rounds out the finish. Because of that, grilled meats and whiskey pair without much effort. Weekend tastings give a good bottle its stage. Equally, smoked and cured foods work well alongside the glass. Gift shoppers rely on whiskey for milestone moments. Notably, pair it with Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2018 Release for a side by side tasting.

Whiskey Context Worth Knowing

Every release reflects the wood it rested in. In other words, whiskey collecting has grown steadily across North America. Scarcity drives much of the demand in this space. That said, distillers control the mashbill, the cut and the barrel. Barrel selection separates one bottling from the next. Overall, browse the wider whiskey brands collection to compare styles.

Getting the Best from Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel

Serving Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel properly takes very little work. A Glencairn glass gathers the nose well. In turn, a large cube keeps the pour cold and slows dilution. Store the bottle upright, away from heat and light. Just as important, a drop of water can open the aroma. By comparison, Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2014 Release makes a natural next bottle.

In addition, Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel is a straightforward yes for gifting or for your own shelf. We pack every order carefully and ship it without delay.
