Inside Angel’s Envy Private Selection

The char layer typically pushes sweet baking spice into the glass. In other words, wood sugars from the barrel shape much of the flavour you find. Most drinkers read brown sugar and toasted grain in this style. First, expect the warm oak character that defines the American whiskey shelf. Therefore, Angel’s Envy Private Selection shows more the longer you sit with it.

Food Pairing and Occasions

Smoked brisket stands up well to a full flavoured pour. At the same time, caramel desserts echo the barrel character without competing. Weekend tastings with friends give the bottle a proper stage. Equally, bacon wrapped appetisers pair neatly with a bourbon nightcap. Holiday gifting is where a bourbon gift bottle earns its keep. Likewise, pair it with Angel’s Envy Bourbon and Rye Whiskey for a side by side tasting.

Where Bourbon Comes From

Bourbon starts life as a mash of at least fifty one percent corn. Even so, allocation keeps many sought after labels hard to find at retail. Limited releases move quickly once word travels through collector circles. Moreover, corn leads the mashbill, so the spirit arrives with natural sweetness. Kentucky remains the heartland of American whiskey production. In practice, browse the wider bourbon whiskey collection to compare styles.
