The 2014 vintage is one of the earlier Eagle Rare 17 Year BTAC releases available in the Wooden Cork collection — representing a decade-old expression that has continued to develop in bottle since its fall release. BTAC releases each year draw on barrels distilled approximately 17 years prior, making the 2014 release spirits originally distilled around 1997. Each year’s release reflects the specific distillation conditions, barrel selection, and aging environment of that vintage.
