Description

Four Roses OESK Single Barrel is a bottle we recommend to buyers who take the pour seriously. This one comes in a 750ml bottle. Even so, we ship it expertly packed across the United States and Canada. That said, the format is 750ml.

What Makes Four Roses OESK Single Barrel Worth It

Most drinkers read brown sugar and toasted grain in this style. In fact, the char layer typically pushes sweet baking spice into the glass. The style rewards slow sipping more than fast mixing. For example, wood sugars from the barrel shape much of the flavour you find. Therefore, Four Roses OESK Single Barrel gives you plenty to think about in the glass.

Pairings and Perfect Moments

Barbecue night gives this bottle an easy job to do. Indeed, burgers off the grill suit a casual pour on ice. Holiday gifting is where a bourbon gift bottle earns its keep. At the same time, pecan pie and dark chocolate work beautifully alongside the glass. Weekend tastings with friends give the bottle a proper stage. By comparison, pair it with Four Roses 2017 Al Young 50th for a side by side tasting.

The Story Behind Bourbon

United States law requires new charred oak for every drop of bourbon. In short, the bourbon shelf has grown fast across the United States and Canada. Barrel entry proof and warehouse position both shape the final liquid. Above all, straight bourbon spends a minimum of two years in the barrel. Allocation keeps many sought after labels hard to find at retail. In turn, browse the wider bourbon whiskey collection to compare styles.

Serving Four Roses OESK Single Barrel

Four Roses OESK Single Barrel shows best when you give it a little care. A few drops of water can open the aroma noticeably. However, give the glass a minute to rest before the first sip. Serve at room temperature rather than chilled. Beyond that, store the bottle upright and away from direct sunlight. In other words, Four Roses 120th Anniversary Limited Edition makes a natural next bottle.

Just as important, Four Roses OESK Single Barrel earns its place whether you are gifting or keeping it. We pack every order carefully and ship it without delay.
