Smoked brisket stands up well to a full flavoured pour. At the same time, grilled steak and bourbon make a reliable pairing at the table. Weekend tastings with friends give the bottle a proper stage. Then, barbecue night gives this bottle an easy job to do. Holiday gifting is where a bourbon gift bottle earns its keep. Moreover, pair it with Yellowstone 7 Year Old Single Barrel for a side by side tasting.

Where Bourbon Comes From

The new charred oak barrel does most of the heavy lifting here. Above all, allocation keeps many sought after labels hard to find at retail. The bourbon shelf has grown fast across the United States and Canada. For that reason, straight bourbon spends a minimum of two years in the barrel. American distillers built this category on corn, oak and patience. By comparison, browse the wider bourbon whiskey collection to compare styles.

How to Serve Penelope Project X Yellowstone 7

Serving Penelope Project X Yellowstone 7 properly takes very little work. Give the glass a minute to rest before the first sip. Even so, a Glencairn glass concentrates aroma better than a tumbler. A large ice cube slows dilution and keeps the pour cold. In addition, a few drops of water can open the aroma noticeably. Indeed, Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey makes a natural next bottle.

Because of that, Penelope Project X Yellowstone 7 is a straightforward yes for gifting or for your own shelf. We pack every order carefully and ship it without delay.
